A nightliner bus is also known as a sleeper coach vehicle. It can be used for many purposes including transporting musicians that are on tour, moving road crews from one place to another or even transporting people to special events. Each year in different countries, special events take place that many companies will take advantage of. When the Super Bowl happens in the US, many companies will use nightliner buses to help transport fans to the game from all over the country. The nightliner vehicle will be used as part of a tour package that will allow the fans a cheaper yet very luxurious method to reach a game without the need for airfare or hotel. A group of close friends or workers will often hire out one of these buses to make the trip to the Super Bowl a reality. The World Cup event held in Germany in 2006 was another popular time that people used the nightliner bus to get around. In Europe, most countries are only a few hours apart from each other and traveling by a nightliner can be exactly the right choice. People get to make the trip, at a price that is often quite affordable, and yet they can experience what many musical groups get to enjoy on the bus. Plasma TVs, DVD players, full-scale kitchen area and great sleeping bunks are just a few of the things these people can expect. Other countries such as China are exploring the use of the nightliner to help transport people in remote areas to other areas where there is no train system. Although this has proven quite efficient for the Chinese people, the nightliners used are not as luxurious as in other countries and are often overfilled to maximize fuel efficiency. However, the people enjoy the ability to move from areas that at one time were cut off from most of civilization. The special design of the nightliner allows more comfort to people because the roads used are not as well developed as in other parts of the country. The enhanced shock absorber system is often put to the test on these routes. No matter what use the nightliner is put to, most people would agree that you would not find a smoother ride from any other vehicle. Being able to sleep while the vehicle is traveling so fast is a great way to pass the time. Nightliner buses continue to evolve and new methods are developed to make the trip much more comfortable with the addition of wireless Internet and TV monitors at each bunk. The nightliner can be considered a floating hotel in an oasis of moving vehicles flowing rapidly through a rough and dangerous asphalt river. |
